What is the payment method?

Sendit accepts E-transfer, BLIK and PayU.

What should I do to send a package via Sendit?

Just create an account with us or connect Sendit with an Allegro account. You don't have to sign any contracts or declare the minimum number of shipments per month.

Is there a fee to order packaging materials?

Ordering (picking) materials is a paid additional service in the amount in accordance with the service price list. Sendit calculate the fee on a monthly basis and issue a separate invoice for the service. Sendit as well as DPD and UPS companies reserve the right to regulate the number of ordered materials, i.e. adjust the shipment to the number of parcels ordered on the website.

I am not interested in posting a package. How to get your money back?

Due to the situation, the order should be cancelled by yourself. You have this option after logging in to the platform in the shipment during the implementation tab. All you have to do is click the X button when placing an order. Funds are automatically returned within 2 days to the account from which the payment was made.

I have sent the funds but the order status is "Checking In" What to do?

In this case, Sendit is waiting for the payment to be posted. If it takes longer than usual and you are concerned about your payment - write to them. The Customer Relations Department will verify the status of your payment.

I have not received an email with documents. Where can I find them?

The documents are available to the User who placed the order. They are available after logging in to Sendit. The consignment note and the acceptance report can be downloaded/printed in the MY SHIPMENTS tab. The shipping company GLS is an exception. In this case, the courier brings the prepared bill of lading.
