What is the payment method?
Schlafwelt accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
What are the shipping costs?
Outside of a promotional period, you pay € 29.95 for products with forwarding when you order from Schlafwelt or € 5.95 for parcel delivery. Additional surcharges may apply for 24-hour delivery. You can find more information and free shipping promotions under the service topic “Shipping costs”.
When will my item be delivered? / Can my article be delivered?
The readiness for delivery of articles is automatically displayed on the article detail page. So you know at a glance when your desired item will be with you. If your items are already on their way to you, you can check the status of your order using the shipment information in your customer centre under “My Account”.
Can I view my account details online?
Yes. You can do this in your customer centre under “My Account”. Here you can view and check all information about your current orders and account movements at any time. You can also track the current status of your orders via the shipment information, and change your delivery address or email address. If you want to cancel an order on the day of the order, this is also possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel ordered items that are delivered by standard delivery until 10 p.m. on the order day. Articles that you ordered with 24-hour delivery before 12 noon, please cancel by 11:30 a.m. on the day of the order. This way you can be sure that the cancellation will be carried out on time. Articles that you have ordered with 24-hour delivery after 12 p.m. can also be cancelled up to 10 p.m. on the day of the order. You have the option of cancelling quickly and easily yourself in your customer centre under “My Account”. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the cancellation option.
Can I return goods and who bears the costs?
Yes, you can return the delivered goods without giving reasons within the return and revocation period or revoke your contract declaration, see Schlafwelt terms and conditions. If you have already paid for the goods, you will be reimbursed the amount unless you are obliged to pay compensation. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at their risk and expense. Hermes will pick up goods that cannot be sent as parcels.
