Can I request a collection time?

Courier collections are made between 9 am and 7 pm Monday to Friday (except for bank holidays) and unfortunately, you cannot request a specific time for the courier pick-up service. However, at ParcelHero they do offer you an option to specify a collection window, to save you waiting in all day.

How can I check the shipment status?

If you want to know the status of a shipment please enter your tracking ID on the tracking page.

Can I add insurance to my delivery after I have made my booking?

You can add an enhanced cover to your shipment any time before the courier collects your parcel or you drop it off at a drop off shop. To add enhanced cover simply amend your order details. Learn more about amending your shipment.

Can I change my booking from a drop off service to a door-to-door service?

ParcelHero recommend using a drop off service wherever possible. If you are not in when their delivery driver calls, you will need to pay to re-book your collection.

Why does door-to-door shipping cost more than dropping off my parcel?

When you send a parcel through a door-to-door service, a driver has to drive to your home to collect your parcel and deliver to your recipient’s door. A drop-off service simplifies the shipping process by collecting many parcels from a single location. That means less driving, fewer locations visited, and more time and fuel saved. As always, ParcelHero passes those savings on to you.

How can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

You can cancel your order by visiting www.parcelhero.com/collection. You will need your tracking number, along with the delivery postcode or phone number. If you have logged in, you will only need the tracking number. Note: When cancelling a booking, there is a cancellation fee, which varies by carrier.
