If a customer (not a business) would like to return a product, they need to be notified within 14 days of receipt of the product; the customer must then return the product within a further 14 days.
Any items which have been personalised cannot be returned as they are deemed bespoke pieces
The product to be returned must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in and should not have been installed. They should be sent back to their Head Office address by a tracked/signed courier service and must be well-packed to ensure safe delivery. They are unable to accept items that are not returned in their original state.
In order to arrange a return, customers must fill in the Contact Form. This will be processed, and they will respond within 48 hours. On confirmation, customers will be emailed a label to stick on the box.
