My item is faulty upon arrival. What should I do?
Olivia&Co. offers as much assistance to buyers as possible. If on the rarest of occasions your item is faulty on arrival, make sure to send your order number and a photo of the damage to OLIVIA&CO and they will happily issue you with a replacement or refund after they review your issue and the product photos.
Can I get a refund for my personalized item?
Monogramming is an art form and this means every personalized item is unique for each customer, and thus OLIVIA&CO cannot offer a refund or exchange. Because everything at Olivia&Co. has been carefully crafted and made just for you, they, unfortunately, cannot refund or exchange your personalized leather goodie for reasons such as change of mind or damage due to regular wear and tear.
How many days does it take for me to get a refund?
Refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, so bear with OLIVIA&CO a little bit. When receiving a replacement, OLIVIA&CO will endeavor to get it out to you within 2-5 business days of being notified so you’re not kept waiting!
