How can I place an order?
You can place furniture orders over the internet, by fax, by post or by phone or simply ‘add to basket’ when on an individual item page. To order over the phone, please call 0208 338 7610 or email enquiries@oakfurnituresuperstore.co.uk.
What are your delivery charges?
Oak Furniture Superstore offers a premier, two-man delivery service as standard on all items of furniture that are not able to be delivered by overnight courier. Their delivery is free for all orders over £350 anywhere within mainland Britain, except AB, IV, PA, PH, KY, DD, TD, HS, FK and KW postcodes where there will be an additional charge which will be advised prior to order confirmation. For orders £350 and under there will be a delivery charge of £35 in addition to those above. If you wish to know what that is before you place the order then please call or e-mail them.
When will my goods arrive?
Most of their smaller items can be sent via a courier and can take up to 48 hours for delivery once despatched. Some of their very large furniture items will be sent via a specialist delivery service and depending upon your location this can take up to 10 working days. You will be advised in advance of the scheduled delivery date.
What happens if I cancel my order?
They give you a 14 day period in which you can return your items. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition as good as new. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Items cannot have been assembled as by assembling a product it can be deemed as acceptance of the goods. Items that are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £67.50 plus VAT may be levied to cover the cost of the failed collection. Where a delivery date has been agreed with their carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery, they reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £45 plus VAT to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.

Will I have to pay a deposit?
Your first instalment is payable on completion of your order. In some instances, you may be required to pay a deposit based on a combination of your credit score, size of order and number of instalments selected.
Are there any other charges or fees?
There is 0% APR interest and no setup charges, cancellation or hidden fees. DivideBuy reserve the right to add late payment fees to your account in the event of you missing payments. This is all explained in your credit agreement before you complete the checkout process.
