What payment options do you offer?
Nourished Life accepts Credit card, PayPal and Afterpay.
I need to change/cancel my order, how do I do this?
Nourished Life is unable to amend orders after they have been placed. If you would like to return an item you have ordered, that is no problem at all.
If you need to redirect your parcel to another address. Please sign up to the MyPost tool auspost.com.au/mypost/ to redirect your parcel.
What is your returns policy?
Nourished Life is happy to provide a store credit or refund for any items that are unopened and unused within 90 days of purchase. Please note that for returns due to change of mind, the return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, Nourished Life do not accept returns for the product such as condoms vibrators, mediballs, kegel trainers, organic tampons, pads and liners, menstrual cups, period underwear and reusable pads, underwear and bras, breast pads or breast pumps.
How will I be refunded?
You will be refunded back to the original method of payment that you made with your order.
Can I track my Subscription Box?
Your monthly Deluxe Box does not get sent with tracking. But you will be notified by email just before they are about to be sent.
How do I track my Nourished Life order?
Once your order has been dispatched from Nourished Life warehouse, you will receive an email from them with a link to track your order. If you have a Nourished Life account you can also find a tracking link in the ‘my account’ section of Nourished Life website.
