How long does delivery take?

Once you place an order, they will get it picked up and packed for you within 2 working days. It will then be picked up by our couriers who will deliver within 2-3 working days depending on the delivery location. Most addresses in Ireland generally take up to 2-3 working days. Your delivery may take longer during the sale or other busy periods. Once they’ve handed over your package for delivery, they’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on the way.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order when it arrives?

Please let them know as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order. Email them at service@miniso.ie with your order number and details of the issue and they will look into it immediately.

Can I get an exchange or refund for my order?

They are happy to accept exchanges or refunds for any items you are not completely happy with if you return the item(s) to them within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address with an invoice and at your own expense. Please return the item(s) in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with the tag attached. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. For your benefit, products concerning hygiene are strictly non-exchangeable & non-refundable. Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally, any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift is related.
