What if I need to Return My Item?
Mattressman only accepts returns within 14 days from the delivery date and are still brand new in original packaging. Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition. You may return the items through your own specified courier or they can get these collected using their own courier at the charges that are listed in their Terms and Conditions. The customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. They regret that they can not be liable for damaged items through their couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer. If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advise the driver to amend his paperwork to include damaged before signing. This enables the replacement procedure to be more efficient.
What should I do when my order arrives?
It is very important that you check the items upon delivery before signing. If the box shows signs of damage please refuse items on purchasing this item you agree to these conditions.
What is Mattressman cancellation policy?
If your order has not yet been shipped, they are happy to cancel this for you. To enable Mattressman to do this, please contact them by telephone immediately.
When will my refund be processed?
Once your order has been received at Head Office, Mattressman will issue the appropriate refund. Mattressman aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
