Maison De Fashion accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, and Klarna.
What if my delivery is wrong?
If you receive your parcel and there’s a wrong, defective or missing item and you haven’t received an email from them, please get in contact with their support team at INFO@MAISONDEFASHION.COM and they will be able to assist you with this.
Most of their items are popular, they can go out of stock quickly. Unfortunately, that means that occasionally they’re not able to send you all the items in your order. Maison De Fashion understand that this can be very frustrating and they will issue you with a refund for your missing item.
Maison De Fashion always try to let you know before your order is shipped that there is an out of a stock item and issue you with a refund.
Which delivery method do you ship?
Maison De Fashion currently use premium couriers DHL and DPD to dispatch all items.
What is the return policy?
To return an item(s) firstly go to their return centre and fill in your email and order number. This will then process your return or exchange and send you an email to attach to your parcel to send back to them. Maison De Fashion offer a 30 day no-quibble free returns.
What is the refund policy?
If a full refund including the original delivery costs is required, they need to be informed Fifteen (15) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to them within Fifteen (15) days after they have been informed of the cancellation. If a return is payable to you they will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to them.
