Delivery generally takes 24-48 hours (working days) if the delivery address is in the Peninsula or Balearic Islands. Orders placed from the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, delivery takes 4-8 working days. Delivery to European countries will take 2-5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as product availability and where you live. In exceptional cases, the delivery times may be longer due to unexpected incidents with the transport carrier or difficulties in delivering the merchandise. LODI is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance. If you do not receive your order within this period, please contact their Customer Service Department.
If you are not fully satisfied with any of the items in your order, LODI will allow you exchange or return them within fifteen days from the reception date, provided that the article has not been used or damaged. To exchange one item for another, you should first return the item and receive a refund and then buy the item you want. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original packing list inside the box. After LODI receives the product, they will check that it is in good condition and then they will send the new goods, if you have asked to exchange them. If you requested a refund, you will receive the money in the next 15 days. They don’t accept returns of the evening bags and clutches.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items within fifteen calendar days of receipt, provided that they are not used or damaged.
To exchange one item for another, return the item for a refund and then order the item you want. When LODI receives the product, they will check it is in good conditions and then dispatch the new article, if you have asked for an exchange. If you have asked for a refund you will receive a full refund for the items you returned within approximately 14 days.
Products purchased with third-party promotions or promotional coupons may be exchanged for another size, colour or a coupon of the same value valid only for purchasing products from the same promotion. This voucher can be redeemed at a maximum of 15 days.
You will receive an email confirming the refund and it could take several days to appear on your bank account. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days.
Always clean your LODI goods with suitable products for cleaning high-quality natural leather footwear manufactured, namely, natural and colourless polish. Then using a clean chamois or brush, rub the shoe with polish to achieve the desired effect.
