How can I track my order?
Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped. If you don’t know what your tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact their customer service department for assistance.
ow long will it take to receive my order?
Normally the package can be delivered with 3-5 days, The length of time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method as well as the location of the shipping address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.
How can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order you can contact our customer service department and they will assist you in doing so.
What is your return policy?
* Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or colour doesn’t match the description, please feel free to contact them, their customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
* Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as they do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
* Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with their customer service for the refund directly.
* Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
* After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send an email about your order number and returned package number.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be processed instantly from Hurela account. However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
