When will my order deliver?
Most approved orders are shipped within one business day unless noted on the product page or in an exception below. If your order is approved after 12 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, on Saturday and Sunday, or during government and select religious holidays, your package will be processed the next business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose. Please note international orders may have a longer processing time than domestic orders.
What are the shipping methods?
Hollywood Memorabilia use a variety of carriers in order to ship packages as quickly as possible. These include:
* UPS - used most often and preferred. If you input a PO Box address please have a physical address available in case the package can only be delivered by UPS.
* FedEx - alternate method to UPS and used by few shipping locations.
* USPS - usually used for standard orders under $25 dollars.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please call (800) 576-7252 within 48 hours of receipt of the package if your merchandise has been damaged in transit of shipment or is defective.
How can I return the item?
Please contact Hollywood Memorabilia support if you would like to return your item for any reason. In order for a return to be properly checked in to their warehouse, a Return Authorization is required, no returns will be accepted without a RA. This may be obtained by contactingHollywood Memorabilia. Please include the order number, the product you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return/exchange. A representative will respond to your message within 1 business day.
