How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped from Hey Honey, they send you an e-mail with a tracking number you can use on the shipping carrier’s website (USPS or other designated carrier). You can also find your tracking number by navigating to “My Account” on their website and viewing your orders. You can also contact Hey Honey Customer Care and they can track your order for you.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Hey Honey strives to serve our customers as quickly as possible- this means they will begin to process your order immediately after you submit it. My order arrived damaged/was lost, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your product selections, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price minus the Shipping & Handling fees.
