When will I receive my tickets?

When you order, if the tickets are already available you will receive them within a few days of your purchase. If the event is currently Sold Out, tickets can be sent up to the day before the event.

Why do I have to waive the right of withdrawal?

You are expressly informed and you accept that the mission is provided as soon as the Mission Request is validated. I can't go to my concert anymore, is it possible to sell you my tickets?

When their clients call on Alex, their team searches for tickets for you, on your behalf. Hey Alex offer a mandated service. They do not offer their services to buy and sell your tickets.

I've lost my tickets! What can I do?

If your tickets are in electronic format, don't worry. Just contact their customer service and they will send them back to you as soon as possible. All you have to do is print them out on a blank A4 page. Please note that a ticket can be printed several times, but the ticket can only be used once. If several copies of the same ticket are presented at the entrance control, only the first ticket whose barcode is scanned will be considered valid.

I would like to give the tickets as a gift but I only entered my name when ordering, how does it work?

It is not possible to change the name on the ticket, however, you can give a photocopy of your ID and a proxy letter to the spectator. They invite you to provide a power of attorney and a copy of your ID to the person who will be attending the event so that they can prove that they know the buyer. Rest assured, this will not cause any problems in gaining access to the venue.
