Cinereplicas accepts VISA, Mastercard, e-Carte Bleue, Discover Card and American Express.
What is your international shipping policy?
International orders go through customs, international travel, and your location. Because of this, they cannot guarantee international travel times. So please allow yourself ample time to get your order. Please choose their Express service for more reliability.
Can I exchange the item?
- Send an email to support@cinereplicas.com specifying:
Your order number, The product, size/colour you wish to exchange, The reason for which you wish to exchange
- Please wait patiently for their reply.
- Exchanges can be made only for the same item in a different colour, or the same item in a different size.
- If your exchange is approved, you will receive an approval email with an RMA# and return address.
- Please include your RMA# (printed or written on a blank paper) and send it along with your items. A return package without any valid RMA# will not be exchanged.
- Cinereplicas highly recommend you to send your package with a tracking number, or even better to send it as registered mail. They are not responsible and cannot proceed with the exchange if the parcel is lost during the return process.
- Send your item(s) back to them within 14 days of receipt of your package.
- Cinereplicas will send you the exchange items upon receipt of your package. Please note that it might take up to 10 business days for them to process.
What is your return policy?
- Within 14 days of receipt of your package (excluding shipping time).
- Item must be in original condition.
- In the original packaging with all hang-tags attached.
- Item must be Unwashed and Unworn.
- If you return an item without an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number) or without meeting the above conditions, they will not honour the exchange/ refund.
- Please note that free gifts, mystery packs and promotional items are not refundable nor returnable.
- They are not responsible of any damage that can be caused by a forwarder and can not exchange a product that you received by a third-party redirector.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once they have inspected the return items, your refund will proceed. Your refund will be credited to your card of purchase. Please note that shipping fees paid by you are not refundable.
