Can I have a VAT receipt?
You are automatically sent a VAT invoice when you place your order, this is your confirmation email. Coffee is VAT exempt, but you can find a tax figure in your order summary and their VAT number at the bottom of the email.

No, once an order has been placed they’re unable to change anything.

What does your strength scale mean?
Their coffees are crafted and roasted to different levels of taste intensity. They love making strong and exciting coffees normally within the 9-12 strength and taste range. However, strength doesn’t relate to the caffeine content of the coffee.
Are your pods recyclable?
Their new aluminium pods are designed for the very best at-home coffee as the airtight pods preserve the coffee and aromas. Aluminum pods can be recycled where local facilities exist.
How long can I store pods for?
They can guarantee the freshness of flavor until the best before date shown on the back of the box.
