Blinkist accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Credit Card and PayPal.
Where can I get my invoice?
You’ve most likely received a receipt to your registered email address after purchasing our subscription (be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox). However, they can also provide you with an invoice if you subscribed via their website.
Please contact their Support Team directly via email@example.com in that case and provide a business name and full address, as well as your VAT number, if applicable.
Note: To avoid any delays please contact them from the email address you’re using for your Blinkist account.
Please note: Unfortunately, they are not able to generate invoices for in-app purchases - these can only be provided by GooglePlay or Apple. You can find instructions on how to get your in-app purchase receipts by navigating to the Google and Apple support pages.
How can I purchase in bulk?
To purchase multiple subscriptions, there are two options:
* Team Subscriptions: You can purchase for a team of up to 50 people via their Team Subscription site. These subscriptions are for Premium access and are priced at a discount since you’re purchasing in bulk.
* For teams with more than 50 people: please fill out this contact form and they will reach out to you with further info and a quote.
Please note: it is currently not possible to purchase bulk gift subscriptions.

How do I redeem a discount code?
If you’d like to proceed with a discount code, you can check out via www.blinkist.com/subscribe using the code at the checkout page. For step-by-step screenshots of this, please visit here.
The code is only valid on their site, not in the app stores.
Can I get a refund?
Money-back guarantee for your Blinkist subscription:
If you purchased a subscription and decide Blinkist isn’t for you, please write to them within the first 14 days and our Support Team will be happy to cancel your subscription and refund the purchase. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to payments made via their Website or Google Play for first-time purchases only, not renewals.
If you purchased a subscription in the Apple App Store, you will need to contact Apple Support directly to request a refund.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide a refund for audiobook purchases. However, if there is an issue with your book please contact them via firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to assist further.
