Autonomous uses third-party shipping partners to deliver their products to customers. Their usual shipping partner is FedEx. However, they are now diversifying their shipping methods to provide customers with faster shipping. You will also see UPS as their delivery partners.

• Please be aware that Autonomous offers ground shipping service but not other expediting shipping options. Their ground shipments do not require a signature for delivery.

Trial Policy

Autonomous provide all products in the UK, and the EU with a 15-day trial excluding some promotional products or products from any specific sale campaign such as Easter Promotion, Spring Promotion, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and so on. • Any installation or assembly services.
• Bulk Orders with more than 3 items of the same products or a mixture of desks and chairs making up more than 3 items and/or any Bulk Orders with value greater than $1500.
• A Bulk Order can not be cancelled for any reasons after the order has shipped.

Autonomous offers free return & exchange within the trial period:

• 15 days for the UK and countries in European Union.
• You will need to get the Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) issued by Autonomous Customer Service Department after requesting a return (or exchange). A return cannot be processed or accepted without a RMA.
• To be eligible for returns, the products must be in new condition and in their original packaging, so please keep the original shipping packaging (original boxes and packaging materials) after purchase in case you might need to return the product.
• Please note: There will be a 30% restocking fee of the order value for returns that don't have all original packaging. Autonomous will not cover any accrued expense for your replacement packaging.
• After obtaining the returned label(s), please ship back the package(s) immediately.

• Charge 10% -30% if your returned package(s) is dropped at FedEx centre 1 week after your trial period ends.
• Deny refund if your returned package(s) is dropped at FedEx centre a month after your trial period ends.
• All Autonomous products purchased from dealers or resellers are not eligible for return or exchange.
• You may either request to return (or exchange) by contacting Autonomous Customer Service Department at Help Centre page, or register an account and access “my order request”.

You are eligible to return (& exchange) within a 15-day trial period. No returns can be issued after 15 days.

How to initiate a return:

• Photographic evidence showing products are still in like-new condition, and have been properly packaged into original packaging must be provided.
• You will then get return labels of the shipping unit (FedEx), including the Return Merchandise Authorisation number via your email address.
• You can either choose to bring the package to the local FedEx centre to return to Autonomous.
• Within the 15-day trial, Autonomous will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in its original packaging and in like-new condition, or you will be sent a new exchanged item equivalent to the value of the returned item in case you request an exchange.

• Prior to returning, all products must be disassembled so they can fit into their original packaging. Customers are fully responsible for assembling and disassembling the product.
• The refund will be processed after Autonomous receives the product and verify its condition. It might take 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to be posted to your account.
• A reasonable restocking fee (maximum 30%) will be applied for any product that does not meet aforementioned requirements.
• If your order includes our assembly service, the assembly service fee is non-refundable.
