Monogrammed/personalised accessories are shipped from a different distribution centre than Antler's baggage, so they will arrive in a distinct box and may not arrive on the same day. What is the duration of the Antler warranty?
All of Antler's luggage, including Antler's hard-sided and soft-sided collections, come with a 10-year warranty in all sizes—cabin, medium, and large. Antler will require proof of purchase if you want to lodge a warranty claim, so please preserve your confirmation email or receipt.
Antler's guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover refunds after the 28-day return period.
What is covered by the Antler warranty?
The Antler warranty covers defects caused by faulty craftsmanship or materials, however, it does not cover mishandling by carriers like airport baggage handlers. Within the UK, the guarantee covers the cost of a repair or, at Antler's option, a replacement. There may be shipping charges to and from Antler's repair facility.
