What should I do with my discount code?
Simply add any applicable items to your basket and enter the discount into the discount code box to get a discount code. The discount code box can be found in your basket.
Can American Golf assist me with a discount code that isn’t working?
There may be a minimum spend requirement, specific goods may be excluded, or the discount may not be usable when combined with other offers or discounts.
What payment methods do American Golf accept?
American Golf accept payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Where does American Golf ship?
American Golf ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
What kind of couriers do American Golf work with?
For all deliveries in Europe and the United Kingdom, we use DPD or Hermes.
What happens if I don’t receive my package?
A signature is required for all of American Golf‘s deliveries. If you don’t pick up your package, the courier will try to deliver it to a neighbor. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card notifying you that a delivery attempt has been made and providing advice on what to expect next.
How do I keep track of my order?
You can keep track of all of your orders. As soon as your order is dispatched from American Golf‘s Distribution Center, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking.
Is it possible to modify an order?
Absolutely. We offer in-store exchanges; simply bring your online purchase to any American Golf location and we’ll arrange a replacement right away. Alternatively, you can return an item purchased online for a full refund by mailing it to American Golf.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. For a refund or exchange, please return your purchase to the store. You can also return your purchase for a refund by mailing it to American Golf.
I live in a VAT-free zone; how can I get the VAT off my order?
VAT is automatically removed during the checkout process if you live in one of these areas, such as the Channel Islands. We are unable to provide documentation for VAT refunds on products delivered in the United Kingdom and thereafter exported.
How can I alter my order if I made a mistake?
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. For a refund or exchange, please return your purchase to the store.
